Privacy policy
Sweetest Days, Kids Island, Happy Train and Qobban are one group of businesses in Bahrain. This page explains what we do with your data, under Bahrain's Personal Data Protection Law No. 30 of 2018.
What we collect
Your name and phone number, the event's place and date, the VAT number and company name for business customers, and payments. On the day we photograph the finished setup and take the receiver's signature at pick-up.
Why
To send your quote, confirm the booking, deliver and set up, issue the tax invoice and talk to you on WhatsApp. We never sell your data or use it for anyone else's ads.
How long we keep it
Invoices and accounting records are kept for at least five years, as Bahrain's VAT law requires. Everything else is deleted when we no longer need it or when you ask.
Who we share it with
Government bodies when the law requires it (such as the National Bureau for Revenue), and the hosting provider that runs our systems, whose servers may be outside Bahrain.
This website
No tracking cookies and no ads. The list of games you pick is stored only in your own browser.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of anything the law doesn't require us to keep. Message us on WhatsApp or email below.
